Airlink to resumes Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth service

South Africa’s regional carrier, Airlink is resuming services on the Johannesburg – Port Elizabeth route starting next week.

According to a report by RoutesOnline, the airline plans to operate this route twice daily on weekdays  and once on Sundays, from July 13, 2020.

Airlink will use the Embraer ERJ135 aircraft.

Recently, Airlink announced additional routes to its operations effective from July 6, 2020 adding that it was expanding its domestic network connecting customers for business and essential service travel to other inland and coastal cities.

“We have added flights between Johannesburg and Bloemfontein, Nelspruit KMIA Upington and Pietermaritzburg as well as Cape Town to Bloemfontein and Cape Town to Port Elizabeth,” said the airline.
