Low cost airline, Fastjet Zimbabwe has announced that all flights on its schedule flight network shall be suspended up to and including Friday, July 31, 2020.
According to the latest travel update dated June 15, 2020, the airline also extended its flexible booking change policy to November 30, 2020.
“Should you have any queries, you may contact us via customer.zimbabwe@fastjet.com,” read the update.
The airline was supposed to resume operations on June 30, 2020.
The initial proposed day for resumption of operations was April 20, 2020 but was moved to May 2, 2020 following the extension of the lockdown in South Africa then to May 6, 2020 then May 20, 2020.
Fastjet temporarily suspended it operations from March 27, 2020 .
The suspension followed measures introduced in Zimbabwe and South Africa to control the spread of COVID-19.
