Botswana’s national airline, Air Botswana, is set to resume domestic flights this month.
In a broadcast address, Botswana’s transport Minister Thulaganyo Segokgo, said the airline will mainly operate flights from Gaborone to Francistown, Maun and Kasane.
“Air Botswana is looking at commencing domestic flight service on the 12th of June,” said Minister Segokgo.
International flights will remain suspended.
Air Botswana suspended operations on March 27, 2020 in a bid to curb the spread of COVID-19.
