The Robertson Wine Valley’s 12th annual Slow Food and Wine Festival is set to take place from August 7 to 10, 2020 at various wineries and tourism establishments.

According to a statement by Robertson, the event is an opportunity for visitors to explore wine farms with underground cellar tours, game drives, horse rides, and boat cruises.

“This year’s festival also offers a wide variety of tasting opportunities from a single vineyard and vertical tastings, to brandy pairings, tutored Méthode Cap Classique master classes and food and wine pairings,” said the group.

“Festival-goers will be able to interact with winemakers and wine farmers in an informal setting, experience the intricate winemaking process and discover the story behind the bottle.”

Robertson added that the 2020 programme for the event will be available from June 2020 and that items, prices and content could change at any given time.

“Tickets are limited and you need to make your booking directly with the host no later than three days before the activity.”

“Payments are required in advance.”
