The Eastern Highlands is set to have its first exclusive luxury lodge. Situated at the peripheries of the Honde Valley, in the Nyangani mountain wilderness, The Skydeck will open its doors to the public mid-March, 2020.
According to the official statement by Far and Wide, an outdoor education center, the mountain retreat will have a capacity of only four guests, allowing only one party to be accommodated at a time, adding to its exclusiveness.
“A butler, a private chef and a private guide are ready to make your adventure one that you will forever.”
The Skydeck rooms will boast of panoramic 180 degree views of the vast mountain wilderness. The retreat will also come with an outdoor shower, a wood-fired hot tub and views of Mount Inyangani, with a backdrop of romantic starry nights.
The Honde Valley is part of the Eastern Highlands, extending from the eastern border of Zimbabwe into Mozambique with Mount Inyangani and Nyanga National Park making up the western boundary of the Valley.
