Fastjet to reward loyal customers

Multi-award-winning African budget airline, Fastjet, has elected the month of March as its “Customer Appreciation Month”, dedicated to appreciating the loyalty of Fastjet customers.

In a press statement released on March 2, 2020, the airline announced that their first of many planned activities for March begun with an appreciation for loyalty.

“With more on offer, including the customer service team’s hard at work on their demonstration of their monthly theme of ‘Awesome Service’, Fastjet looks forward to demonstrating their appreciation to customers with various activities and surprises planned for the month” said a Fastjet Corporate Communication representative.

The group has given a fixed threshold for recognising loyalty amongst its customers, with free flight awards to be presented to qualifying customers, as a token of appreciation.

“Customers who have flown on more than twenty flights between 01 July 2019 and 31 December 2019 will be rewarded with two free flights,” read the press statement.

“Qualifying customers will be personally engaged during the upcoming days and presented with free flight awards for their use during 2020.”

A pre-launch project has already begun where Fastjet Value Flyer travelers are set to benefit from a two pieces of free checked baggage allowance if traveling on the International Routes, between Harare and Johannesburg and between Bulawayo and Johannesburg during the month of March.
